Instruction for Oral Sessions

Time Allocation for Presentations

Oral presentations are allocated 20 minutes. A typical presentation includes 2 minutes for preparation and introduction of the speaker by the chairperson, and 18 minutes for the main presentation, including approximately 3 minutes of Q&A/discussion. The session times of the presentations are listed in the program book.

* “No Show Papers” will not be included in IEEE Xplore.

Preparation of Visuals

Oral presentations should only be presented by PC (PowerPoint etc.).

A projector & presentation system computer will be available in every session room for regular presentations.

1. YOU MUST UPLOAD YOUR PRESENTATION FILE TO THE PRESENTATION MANAGEMENT SYSTEM BEFORE YOUR SESSION.

2. Speakers should arrive in their session room 15 minutes BEFORE the start of your session to report to the chair person. A proctor will also be available in case you need technical assistance.
