You have registered for the conference, and now it’s time to start making all of your travel, hotel and sightseeing arrangements. We have it all for you here!

Hotel Information

WiPDA Asia 2018 will take place at Cullinan Huicheng Hotel, which offers comfortable lodging service, and WiPDA Asia has secured a conference discount at this hotel as well as another two hotels nearby. For taking the advantage of conference rate, please make the reservation through the WiPDA Asia 2018 webpage.

You cannot take advantage of the WiPDA Asia discounted hotel group rate until you have registered for the conference and received your registration confirmation email with hotel booking instructions. Additionally, you have to pay all room fees at the time of hotel booking, and will be charged if you cancel the reservation.

Travel and Transportation Information

Public transportation to the conference venue from Xi’an Xianyang International Airport(XIY) and Xi’an North Railway Station is available.  From the airport and the railway station, the approximate cost to the conference venue for a taxi is 120 CNY - 150 CNY and 80 CNY - 100 CNY respectively.
